The Bones Beneath Vallaki - Echoes of Elsewhere (TTRPG Actual Play) Ep 33

The party reaches Vallaki, a town where forced cheer hides deeper fractures, and a missing holy relic threatens the only sanctuary left in Barovia. Previously On Echoes of Elsewhere After a tense arrival at Vallaki’s gates, the group uncovered a watchlist of “dissenters” tied to the town’s weekly festivals and intervened when guards harassed a drunk villager. They delivered tragic news to a grieving family, learned of the cruel stockades used for public humiliation, and discovered that the infamous pie‑selling sisters had been taking children for far darker purposes. With orphans in tow, the party set out for the Church of St. Andral seeking safety for their companions. In This Episode Inside the church, the party meets Father Lucian and quickly learns that Vallaki’s protection is not what it seems. The sacred bones of St. Andral, once the source of the church’s holy ward, have vanished. Meanwhile, Blake escorts Ireena and the rescued children to the orphanage, where a nervous boy hints that Vallaki’s secrets run deeper than anyone admits. Next On Echoes of Elsewhere The search for the stolen bones begins, leading the party into the heart of Vallaki’s paranoia, and toward a confrontation that may decide whether the town’s last refuge can be restored before the Blazing Sun Festival arrives.
