Welcome, welcome to Master Your Metabolism. I am here today with Calvin. And today we wanted to kind of talk about that piece, right? Like that elephant in the room, because people often get started with things because they see a before and after picture or they want that before and after picture, but they really don't understand or don't realize how much of a change they need to make depending on what type of outcome they're looking for. Calvin Masters: What's up everybody? Calvin and Brooke Masters: so we can chat about your goals and how we can help support you. Brooke Masters: Because I think a lot of people know how to eat healthier. They know what they need to do, but it's really just doing the thing understanding that when you want a transformation, when you want that, and you see those pictures, and I know we posted them and I get comments from people, but it just go from like the before picture to the after picture, right? It ⁓ it a process in between, and it's that piece that I think people don't realize. Calvin and Brooke Masters: hosted by our team of expert coaches with proven strategies, science-based tips, and real life encouragement, not just to help you lose fat, but actually create that lifestyle that you love. You've tried everything. Now, let's try what actually works. This is your turning point. Let's go. Let's do this together. Brooke Masters: What goes into that? from what I see, really the between the people that get those before and after pictures and the people that it takes either longer or they get it is the amount effort and the amount of consistency and the amount of discipline. Because that really is that choice, that switch. And today we wanted kind of chat about why it is so challenging for people, why people aren't getting that before and after. And kind of talking about some things that people can do in order to finally make that shift and get that wow after picture. Calvin Masters: Yeah, this is something that is really missing link with a lot of people and and whether they're gonna hit their goal or not. You know, this is a thing. And one of the questions I get asked a lot because I work with competitors and lifestyle clients is what are the competitors doing differently that they're able to get to that kind of body weight or body fat anyway, and have that physique? What are they doing differently than what the rest of us are doing? And it really Truthfully kinda comes down to one thing, and that's discipline. That's the core of it. Because they have a time frame, have a set date, a hard date, and they don't leave that plan. They stick to it no matter what. By any all means, all means, you know, that's it. There's no, there's no deviating. Brooke Masters: And a lot of people are just like, I wanna compete. It's like, okay, you wanna compete, you've never competed before. Understand that it's almost like I explain to people, it's like if you start like, I wanna start running. And you start running, and you are not going to be able to run a marathon from the first time that you start. What you need to start doing is go walking first, then maybe like walk a little bit, run a little bit. And then you can run a little bit more and you keep building on that. So developing the discipline and the consistency of a competitor is kind of the same way that if you don't have the consistency saying I'm gonna compete, it's gonna be challenging. So having that understanding and really that main target that I see and the main switch that I see with people is, you know, if I said, well, I don't really feel like going to work, but you go. Like I don't feel like making dinner for my kids, but you do. You know, it's that I don't feel like meal prepping, I don't feel like making that choice, I don't feel like giving that up, I don't feel like going to the gym, but you do it anyway. And that's the person, those are the clients that I see that we work with that do it, that are getting the crazy results, that are seeing the dramatic changes in a short period of time, because they just made the decision that during the week they do great. And on the weekends, when things come up, rather than saying, well, I'll start again on Monday, these are the people that say, you know what? am going to take the time to plan ahead. I'm gonna be taking the time to say, you know what? I really wanna go out for July 4th and enjoy my, you know, barbecue for July 4th that's coming up. Great, you can certainly do that. Because if you are on point every single day and you have one meal out, that's not gonna throw you off. And there's even times that you can do that and still fit it in and still be within your macros or be within your caloric target or whatever you happen to be doing. Or if you miss one workout. But you are on point for the rest of the week and just make it up another time. It's just like if you go to the gym once, you're not gonna see a difference. But that consistency, whether it is a weekend, a vacation, we don't just say, well, I'm on a diet and I'm gonna do it now. then when I'm away, I'm out of my routine and I'm not gonna do anything. It may not be as perfect, but at least having that discipline of saying, you know what? ⁓ I don't wanna totally blow off the rail, you know, and go off the rails and blow things because I really wanna create these habits, especially in the beginning. time goes on and you start seeing results, that's where motivation really comes from. Because in the beginning, when you start, you'll be motivated because you saw that picture, but that is gonna be fleeting. When it comes to putting in the work, that's where it gets hard. So that's where you have to kind of keep going back to why you started. ⁓ And really understanding that when I'm gonna make this commitment, if tell my women stay in for like 30 days doing all things and stay locked in, ⁓ see what of difference you get. And when you get those results, ⁓ that is gonna motivate you. Calvin Masters: Yeah, absolutely. And you know, healthy lifestyle is not something that just kinda happened in the last couple of years and we're just now finding out about it, right? So this has been around for decades and decades and decades. so it's not let's be real, it's not a lack of knowledge. I probably everybody listening to this right now knows the things that they gotta do. You gotta you gotta eat the eat your protein, hit your protein goal, you gotta drink your water, you gotta get your sleep, you know, you gotta you gotta strength train, you know, you gotta You gotta reduce stress when you can. But everybody knows this, right? So if we sit here and tell you this, you already know it, right? So the thing, is it's not really that you need a new plan so much. You know what you gotta do. It's really just that you need to raise your standards of how you take or pursue that plan. And that's what it narrows down to is getting up in the mornings with intention of actually having a plan to actually execute those things during that day. But also that's not a Monday through Friday thing, know. ⁓ I think that this is what kind of gets a lot of people is they'll go hard Monday through Friday because you're in a routine. You know, you're going to your work, you know, you have your meals kind of gapped out and doing a thing, come home, the routine's there, then the weekend comes. And that's what derails a lot of people, because I a lot of people do really well Monday through Friday, or say Monday through Thursday, and then Friday hits to Sunday, and it's just something shifts in the mindset. They let go and then so they were probably in a calorie deficit during the week, say if if cutting was actually the goal in a deficit, but then they blow it out on the weekends, picking up food, having some drinks here and there, and all of a sudden, and those drinks, I will tell you, will add up in calories, and and they will very quickly 200-300. Even though I call it 100 calories, that's probably one of the least. But gosh, if you add something in that drink, you know, that's sugary, it's and then you have a couple. Brooke Masters: Even if they're white cloth. Calvin Masters: you're no longer in a deficit. You know, your your deficit for the week just kind of went out the window. And so that's what we refer to as a dieter's mindset, you know, as somebody that feels like they're in a diet all the time, but they don't understand why they're not making progress. They're kind of staying in the same place. They might even be gaining weight, but they're like, well, I've been in diet all this time, so I must be broken. So then they rush out to go get lab work done. You know, it's got to be the hormones. It's got to be the hormones. I'm going to tell you, We've been doing this for a long time and we do respect labs and and know that that does have a big impact on things. But I'm gonna say probably a solid seven times out of ten, it's not the labs. just not the labs because things can be off in the labs. Your labs do not have to be perfect to be able to make your body respond. You know, ideally you want to perfect the labs and get them in a good place for longevity and health reasons, but They have to be a little bit messed up for you to have weight loss resistance. And usually what it comes down to is that things are happening during the week or even on the weekend, it's taking you out of that, out of that, you know, deficit and throwing the plant off. know, so you have ⁓ you have to respect you have to respect the basics. So that's the first thing. And and respecting the basics takes a certain amount of discipline. Brooke Masters: And if you think of Yeah, I'm sorry, I thought. Calvin Masters: And discipline is meaning that those are you don't compromise on those. That's your everyday thing. So the things you do in addition to that are the things that will get you the finish line quicker. You know, I do have clients that one of the questions it's asked a lot too is is, okay, how long till we hit my goal? And they'll ask me that maybe a month or two in. And I'm looking at their check-ins and looking at their macros, and they're hitting their macros maybe once a week, you know, and they're not drinking their water and this or that. And there is no possible way for me to be able to answer that question they're not following the plan, right? So can predict when they're gonna hit the goal when they're not doing A, B, and C? So these are things what they require discipline. Don't rely on motivation because that's gonna come and that's gonna go. Motivation is not a bad thing, it's a great thing when you can get it, but do not rely on that. You know, your motivation is ultimately what your goal is, then you get out of bed and you start with intention. That's how you get there. Brooke Masters: And if you are the type of person that on the weekends, just to give everybody like a way to change it, right? If you are that person that during the week you do great and on the weekends you're not, you want to start and look at why is it that my weekends are off? I out of routine? Okay. If you are the person that doesn't have a routine for the weekends, you look at your weekend, see what is planned, and you create a routine. Okay, on the weekends, I don't wake up for work at the same time, but I'm gonna make sure I get my workout in first thing in the morning. I'm gonna make sure I'm prepping my food and have something readily available because I tend to run out of food that I prepped on like Thursday. Cool. Make extra time on Thursday night. So I'm gonna prep some stuff. So now I'm set for the weekends. So I have some things to quick grab and go when I'm running to a party or I'm running to a social event. I'm making sure that if I do go to a social event, Okay, what is the meal I usually have? Let me get something as close to as possible. If I'm out and about and I'm super busy on the weekends, cool. Let me make sure, like all the time, I will always have a thing of water on me. I will have a protein packet that is in my purse. I will have a protein bar. Again, not something I do every day, but it is something that I have. So if something on the weekend takes longer than anticipated, have backups. I have protein with me. ⁓ I can always find a water bottle somewhere to make the shake. I, you know, having some rice cakes in the car, having, you know, some jerky or some type of protein source, having some almonds with you in your in your purse or your gym bag, like making sure you have some things with you. If you are out and you're grabbing your kids some lunch, hey, I'm at Chipotle. Grab some chicken, rice, you know, and something that is close to what you have at home. Chip Chick-fil-A, you can grab some grilled nuggets and the vet and the salad and something like that. So always understand that when you're going to these places, there is a choice. And there is an option that you can pick that will give you a better outcome than if you just said, forget it, I'm just going to order the double cheeseburger. Right. So having a routine on the weekends is the challenge, then creating one and being prepared. And that's how you can make sure that that is settled. And also again, looking at that weekend and saying, okay, what when things go off, looking at that weekend and rather saying, well, it was the weekend I'll start on Monday, when it happens on Saturday or Friday night, don't start again on Monday. We just say, okay, why did that happen? How can I fix it so it doesn't happen again? And the very next day the very next meal, I jump back on to what I was doing. Because it's just like if You know, your kid was learning how to walk and they fall down. They're not just gonna say, forget it, I'm just gonna kind of sit here. You say, Come on, get back up and let's just keep going. Get up and we just keep going. And when you are, we don't wait till Monday. We don't leave them there till Monday. But you know, you just wanna look at it like the reason that you started, that's why you need to reconnect. And it's not just five pounds. You have to ask yourself, five pounds, why? What is that gonna do when I reach that goal? Calvin Masters: No, we'll just wait till Monday. Brooke Masters: When I get to that place, what is that going to do for me? What is that going to change? How am I going to show up at work? How am I going to show up in my relationship? How am I going to walk around and carry myself? And you want to picture yourself as that person and saying, okay, if I become that person, what would that person want me to do right now in this moment? So before just making that choice to like, Go grab the snacks, go grab the dessert, go grab have and have something. Like, how about instead I have two bites and say, okay, cool, I got a taste of it. So I don't feel totally restricted. I stayed within my goals, so I feel really confident that I did that for myself. And when you make those choices, the confidence in your ability. It's like that's what builds up. You fall and you get up. You fall and get back up quicker. And each time you get back up quicker, each time you make better choices, and the longer you do it, you will get the results that create that motivation. It's like a chain of events that happens. Calvin Masters: Right. And it's gonna feel like more work at first because it's a change in your pattern. but the thing is is you adapt to it. And when you do adapt to it and you get into that pattern, you create those habits. Brooke Masters: Absolutely. Calvin Masters: A lot of times it ends up being less work because things like meal prep, you're prepping meals ahead of time. Those meals are ready for you when it's time to eat, you know, because if you think how much time do you spend when you go to put together a meal and you don't have it planned, right? You're having to think what you're gonna get, you probably gotta run to the store to go get something. How how many hours are we losing per day on that? You know, when if you have a plan and you have it laid out and you pre-make those meals and they're ready for you, you can save hours and hours in a week. So having a b busy lifestyle is not at all an excuse not to meal prep. It's more of a reason to meal prep. You know, it's so you can actually ha be more efficient with your time during the day and more productive. So it's it's kind of having the lifestyle mindset. You know, it's it's not about like you know When you when the weekend comes, you're like, okay, well, it's just time to go enjoy myself, you know. You kind of think, what is my lifestyle now? You know, and you find ways to find enjoyment within those those barriers. So that doesn't mean giving up good food. There's lots of healthy food that's very, very good. It's just not greasy and toxic. There's a big difference. it's just finding those things and learning those things and finding things that you like, and you start incorporating that in your lifestyle. And as you do that, you learn more and you get better at you create more and you have more options and all of it starts to get easier and when that happens you've transitioned you've transitioned from what you were in the past life into where you are presently and that transition is what it takes to have a good transformation Because thing you don't want to do is have a good transformation and then end up back where you were when you started, or even worse, because you didn't make those changes along the way. And again, that circles back to having the discipline to do that. Brooke Masters: Yeah. And and it is, I've seen that a lot, that there are some people that I get locked in, they do great, and then because they've done everything all at once, they can't, they they haven't learned the foundations. So they just slam themselves. Like I see people that cut their calories like crazy, they get to the bottom, and then all of a sudden they're like, Cool, I met my goal, and then they go back to their old patterns. But sometimes it's better To just create small changes every week. So when we get clients in, the first thing we look at is, okay, let's look at everything and see what issue or what foundation do we need to change that's gonna make the most impact the quickest? Is it nutrition? Is it stress, sleep, is it water, is it, you know, and looking at the foundations and saying, cool. We're gonna start with nutrition. That's gonna be our first thing and that we're gonna target. Then we're gonna work on water. Then we're gonna work on sleep. And because we've created the foundations and the path for people to get there, now they have the direction. Now they know, okay, first step, I do this. Check, check, check. Cool. I was able to do it. Awesome. Confidence. Next step. And then I do it. And then before you know it, now you've created all these habits. And like Calvin was saying, the nutrition part of it. could be a change at first for a lot of people. But TikTok, Instagram, there's so many people out there that have these recipes that taste really great. you know, that you ⁓ Calvin Masters: Yeah. A lot of people a lot of people give social media like just don't listen. It's all bad information. Well, I'm gonna tell you there's actually some pretty good information in there as well. just have to kind of find it, you know. But you can get some great, like she's saying, some great recipes. And ⁓ am not a great cook. I'm really good at washing dishes, those but she does the cooking for the most part. But there's a lot of times I gotta do my own, obviously, you know, and so. Those simple things that I've learned, I'll be completely honest, off of like TikTok and Instagram, come a long way and make it easier ⁓ have made my prep so easier. So much easier for the simplicity and actual taste of the food, too. Very healthy get me from point A to point B, stage lean. but it took time to learn those things, you know. But now that I have them in my arsenal of of recipes. it's makes it a lot more tolerable and I and I'm not craving the outside things anymore. Brooke Masters: Yeah. And you don't have to be in a competition, right? I mean, if you want to, you know, you see these people that are like, I want abs, I want to see my shoulder caps, like those are the things. Those people that you see, unless they are genetic freaks that naturally have those abs popping out, even with like 25% body fat, like most people to work and do extraordinary things and have extreme consistency to have the that type of result. And unless you are willing to make those extreme changes consistently over time, you will not see that type of body composition. But understand, can you get there? But again, remember, we're not starting off saying I'm gonna run a marathon. I'm starting off saying, let me just walk run this week and see how it goes. Then next week, maybe I'll run a little bit more. And then that's how the momentum happens. And those changes are what does it. But after while that you start. Eating better, you can say, cool, I had this meal that was out. it was all right. But I actually really like my food now. You find some sauces you like, you find some recipes that you like, you have a few. Again, the the easiest thing for people to do, and that's why most of the time during the week it's the easiest, is just those same few recipes for the most part that are on repeat. Find something you love for breakfast, like find some egg wrap that you like. We make these like eggs and egg whites and put it in those like Joseph flatbread to make these little egg wraps. Cool. I eat that pretty much on the regular. I have my little avocado not my avocado, my cottage cheese toast pretty much on the regular. You know, ⁓ change my dinner every once in a while. Like that's what I do and that's what works for me. But understanding It does take some type of monotony. It does take, like, if you're foodie, great, go look at those recipes and you can keep things changed up. But if you are just the person that, like, hey, I just keep ordering DoorDash every day and I'm not seeing results, but I'm ordering something healthy, like, girl, like just do your thing. Like, let's just create a routine that's gonna work for you. And that's like the first thing that I do with clients is there's Everyone's busy. And that's another thing that I hear is I'm too busy to do this. Dude, I'm running my own business. Like we're all busy. We all have kids. We all have doing things. We all have things going on in our life. It's really what you prioritize. Do you want to be the best version of yourself? Do you want to be able to look in the mirror and feel confident with what you see? Do you want to be able to go in your closet and say, cool? I can wear anything and I don't have to worry about putting something on and I can't wear that out or I don't want to go out because nothing fits me. Like it needs to be that switch that you say, I need to make this commitment. in the beginning, it's gonna take some getting used to. But when I hit my goal, I promise you every client that we work with that puts in the work in the beginning that took a little bit of extra effort at their ⁓ after ⁓ They're glad that they started in the beginning. They're glad they made those changes. They're glad because that food that you have at that dinner, that dessert that you're gonna have and eat your face off, I promise you, the next day, not gonna remember it. ⁓ you're gonna remember is that you're going to put your pants on and they don't fit. Calvin Masters: Mm-hmm. Yeah. And then the bad self-talk comes in. And then you feel bad the next day. That five minutes of enjoyment just brought you days of grief for that. know, it is and it's not necessary. And it's not that you can't have that dessert at any point, but you really have to remind yourself that you're on on mission for a goal that you have set for yourself. Brooke Masters: Yeah. Calvin Masters: And let me tell you, it's gotta be for you. It's got to be for you because your friends are not gonna support it. Your family's not gonna support it because they all want you to have margaritas and burgers, pull side with them. they want that because that's what you've done in the past. But what you've done in the past, let's let's be honest, is what got you in this mess in the first place. And the older you get, the harder it gets, you know, and then it's not problem until it's a problem. You know, and I'm seeing at my age, well, really for the last 10 years, people that I've known back in high school, they're dropping, they're going, you know, over health reasons to ⁓ and for me that blows me away. I'm like, how did they not see that coming to be able to make these changes or even try? You know, and it's a healthy, healthy lifestyle is really more about self-respect. You know, and sticking to your plan is self-respect. So kind of think of it as if you were going to trust somebody to get something done for you. You know, if you needed something really important done, but you needed to have somebody you could trust, right? To do this, are you going to pick a person that has good discipline? Are you going to pick a person that's out on the weekends partying all the time and or miss? They might show up, they might not show up, you know, they just don't stick to the things they say they're going to do. Which one are you going to trust? So When you're on a plan and you're going off the plan and you're not doing the things, what you're doing is you're being you're you're sabotaging yourself in the future. You know, you're you're killing the trust in yourself. So it's self-respect. You know, so it's something you really want to think about when you're doing these things, that you're doing them for yourself for your for next week, for the two weeks, for the three weeks, for the months, and where you're gonna be going then. Respect your future self. You know, and that's really what it's about. Brooke Masters: And it's that doesn't mean for my people that do fall off, right? That do have a meal off. Do not beat yourself up for six days about it because that's not going to change the behavior. What's going to change the behavior is asking yourself, looking at it of saying, why did it happen? And coming up with a plan to say, I know why it happened. I was with these people. I let their voices kind of influence me. But I need to remember for next time, when they start saying that, you know what? They're not the ones that are pulling my pants up. They're not the ones that are having to look at me in the mirror like I am. And when they do it, I need to understand that they're doing it because they are probably looking and saying, I wish I could stay disciplined. I wish I could do that. Because oftentimes the people that are going to try and discourage you from staying on a healthy journey, from healthy, enjoying your meals, you know, again, if you have one meal off track but you're on point all week, it's fine. We just say, hey, I am planning this week, this meal, I am gonna have one plate. These are my, you know, this is the plan around it. I'm gonna have a meal that I enjoy. ⁓ I give some of my clients every week. This one client loves going to Payway. Like that's her thing. So she likes going with her family. She has a time with her kids. Cool. We are on point during the week. So she can enjoy that meal. She doesn't track it. She just eats it, enjoys it, has her little cup now ice cream rather than before when she would get a large. So she still has the things she enjoys. It's just more balanced now. And she understands that. I can if I can still go out with my family and have things, but I don't go like way off and off the rails, I can still do that. Cool. It has keep kept her losing weight the entire time, even if she has that one untracked meal. Because in her brain, she knows she's not being restricted. In her brain, She is feeling better, she has more energy, she's sleeping through the night, her digestion is on point. And when you think of all those things, it's not just the scale. When you start fueling your body more consistently, your energy will be up. Think about how you will show up for your kids, how you'll show up with your relationship, how you are able to do your job, how you are able to deal with life if you don't feel like you're dragging and requiring. 600 milligrams of caffeine every day, If you can do what you want to do and enjoy life and feel healthy and know when you go to the doctor, ⁓ like, I don't know what you're doing, but keep it up. Cool. Like that's what you're working for. That's what you're being consistent about. It's not about guilting yourself. It's about how can I get better every day? One goes off, that is the one meal I jump right back on. By the next time that I eat, I am back on track. I don't keep snowballing. It's like that term that everybody says, like, just because you got a flat tire, you don't sit there and slash your other three. Same thing. If one thing goes wrong, you sit there, you fix it. You figure out how to change it so it doesn't happen again. And then we just jump back on and keep going. Calvin Masters: Yeah, creating new habits and and that's the motivation a result, you know, seeing that your blood work's improving, seeing weight's coming off and that your body's changing, those are the things that's gonna motivate you. And but remembering that those things don't come from 50% ⁓ effort, know, or or just being part-time with it. They require attention, you know, and picking things up you go along in progression. You know, like Bru's saying, so you don't have to go from zero to a hundred percent right out the gate. You just gotta do better, a little bit better each day. As long as you're doing that, you're making progress in the right direction, it's when that progress stops and regresses and starts going backwards because back to old habits. when there's an issue, and that's the most common thing that we probably see. with with people that don't have a hard set goal or a real good reason to do it. They just want to be healthier. But that's why motivation can't be your driving force. You have to create the discipline and day in and day out and doing the things almost like making the bed, you know, like nobody really enjoys making the bed, you know, but it feels good. When you do that first thing in the morning, it feels like you did something right. As soon as you woke up, it set your mindset, you know, it doesn't have to be making the bed. It can be having your water, you know, a pinch of pinch of Celtic sea salt, you know, with some lemon. So you're already doing something that's productive and good for your body. So that triggers your mind just to set a good pattern for the day. if you wake up in the morning and you go and you have a donut, what does that tell your mind? Well, we're off today. It's holiday, you know, you got to choose your direction. So you have to be intentional. You know, and that's what'll get you there. And those little things will motivate you along the way, you know, and seeing the progression. Brooke Masters: Yeah. And I would just, you know, kind of ask everybody that's listening, you know, you want to think about what is one area, right? That's what we start with our clients. So we look at all of the areas, like how are you doing with your sleep? How are you doing with your meal prep? How are you doing with your workouts? How are you doing with your your walking, your movement, your activity, you know, weekends. Look at everything and say, okay, what is the one thing that I really think would move the needle the most? Right? And what would happen if I got completely locked in that one habit and started building and started improving? Where would I be? What would I what would my life look like? You know, what outcome? And there's a lot of things that you don't even realize until you like get there to your goal. Because I have woman that she started with me because she had lost 40 pounds with ⁓ GLP, got stuck, was under eating, and didn't know where to go, didn't want to, you know, bring her calories up. She was scared of gaining weight. So we've worked together to slowly bring her calories up, work together in order to create the habit. She is learning now how to fuel her body. And thing, the side effect that she had. Was she said the first thing that she noticed is that she had so much energy to play with her grandkids. That she said was better than anything she had expected. She had dropped weight, which she said was great. She kept losing weight as we were bringing her calories up, but she felt better. And it allowed her to be the grandma that she wanted to be. It allowed her to enjoy the time with her grandkids that she had been missing. So you want to think about not just the number on the scale, but what the change in your physique, what the change in the health, what the change in whatever you're doing is going to bring you in your in your life and keep moving towards that. I promise you, it will taste better than the french fries. And I love french fries. But Calvin Masters: Yeah. Brooke Masters: When you get there and you get that confidence, you're gonna feel like a completely different person. You are gonna feel so much more in control, much more confident and accomplished. And it's like you're setting out to do something, whatever you said you were gonna do, and you did it. It does not mean it's perfect, but it means that you put in effort and you saw a difference. You saw an outcome. And that's what I would kind of challenge everybody that's listening to do that is to. Think about what area you can work on. And again, if you need help and you want to have some more direction, we would be happy to, you know, give you some guidance because this is kind of where it starts. It's just that foundation and thinking about, okay, I just need direction. And certainly having a coach, like we're the ones that are reminding you along the way, right? We're the ones that are telling you, like, hey, this is why we're locked in. Remember? And this is what we're doing, remember? This is our next step. So that's another thing people will get started and like, I don't know what to do next. Okay, then invest in your health, invest in your future, invest in that person you want to become and have someone there like a coach to be able to support you and guide you and give you the roadmap and to keep you kind of in that vision of what you want to accomplish and what you want to do. So Calvin, do you have anything to kind of add on before we wrap this one up? Calvin Masters: No, I like what you said. a minute ago, you're basically and just finding the things that you're that you're finding that you're negotiating with yourself a lot, you know, that you're saying, Well, I gotta fix this, I gotta fix this. But it's repetitive that you don't, right? So whether it's weekends or whether it's drinking, whether it's meal prep, sleep, you and maybe just lock of those things in, one or two things. And ask yourself, what would my life look like if I stuck to that every single day for 90 days? How would that change? What would that what kind of change would I have in my life? And just commit to those one or two things and just kind of gradually work on the other things in the process, but have two, know, no that you stick with, even if it's one, you know, ⁓ stick it for 90 days and see what happens. I think we'll be pretty surprised. Brooke Masters: Yep. Yep, for sure. All right, guys. So thank you so much once again for tuning in.
